Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Termwushome. Our aim is to make sure that you leave satisfied with whatever you have purchased most importantly. In the event that you decide not to make use of the product, or if by any chance the product delivered does not suit your expectation, kindly contact us for a refund or replacement under our return and refund policy.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Condition: It must be an item that was never used, it must be containing its first pack and in a condition that you received it.

• Receipt or Proof of Purchase: Please, you must ensure that you attach the receipt or proof of purchase to the return.

To start a return, kindly call the support of our customer care service within 30 days of the delivery to you of the specific item. To process the returns the details will be provided for you to start the process since we are fully aware of the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for return. These include:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Gift cards

• Health and personal care items (if opened or used)

3. Refunds

If you’ve returned an item to us, once we have received it and checked the condition, we will inform you about the processing of your refund. Should the request be granted a refund is made and a credit will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

For those who have didn’t get refund after the specified period of time, please check your balance in the bank and contact the credit card service provider as it also take time to reflect. If you ordered with us and have followed these steps carefully but still you did not receive the refund, feel free to contact us on our customer care.

5. Exchanges

The only time that replacement is done is when the item is defective, or the item has been damaged. For an exchange for same item please write to us at and we shall guide you on how to go about it.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be expected to meet the cost of returning the item back to us unless it was our mistake in the first place. In the case of online ordering. Shipping fee is not refundable. If you received a refund, shipping costs of return will be subtracted from your refund, if applicable.

7. Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a full refund. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund, but they may be eligible for exchange depending on availability.
