Regular and Express shipping are the two most common shipping methods used by Termwushome. The regular shipping method can take up to 4-5 days to complete, whereas the express shipping method takes only 2 to 3 days. The cost of delivery varies depending on the delivery mode chosen and the distance to the destination.
The shipping method will be set to regular mail shipment by default. So, if you need the parcel to arrive sooner, you must select express as your shipping method during the checkout process.
Only working days will be used for delivery and dispatch. Orders received on non-working days or holidays will only be packed and shipped on the following working days.
Please avoid making mistakes when typing your address; otherwise, the package may be lost in the delivery process, for which we will not accept a return or refund. And if no one is available to receive the package at your doorstep, it will be held at the courier office for a few days before being returned to us.
To complete the delivery process flawlessly, we require an accurate address. Please make sure you provide us with the correct address; otherwise, the package may be lost in the transition process, and we will be unable to issue a refund or return. You must be responsible for your presence or that of any of your trusted receivers at the given address when the parcel arrives. If you do not comply, Termwushome has instructed the delivery partner to hold the package at the delivery/postal office for a specified period of time. The customer will then be required to pick up the package as soon as possible.
If the local authorities in your country or state impose an additional charge, you must be aware of it and pay the appropriate amount. If you fail to do so, the package may not be delivered to you during that time. If your package is seized as a result of not paying the additional charge, Termwushome will not be held liable.
There may be some delivery delays, especially during this period of the pandemic. Unexpected events such as natural disasters, man-made calamities, riots, curfews, and other unforeseen events may cause a delay or suspension in delivery. Either we'll wait for the problem to go away or we'll cancel it and refund your money.
